ExTra, sounds like you could really benefit from using light room, it makes shooting in jpeg completely redundant in most cases.
Also, I have to agree with everyone saying that working for free sets a dangerous precedent for yourself and is generally bad for the industry. If its something like a mates wedding then fair play but big, corporate budgets exist for a reason...
