Running

Any recommendations for a good midweight winter shell and a base layer? Hard to get a feel for it on the www, and don't want to go shopping. 5'10" and 170 lbs

I have a very thin jacket by Insport. Bought from NorthernRunner. I love it so much, I still use it despite having worn it to death. I've had replacemets . But cant bring myself to ditch it. Cant find it on t'internet just now.

NorthernRunner now do the Inov8 range. Havent had a chance to grop them though.
