  • Had the espresso blend first. Tasted nicely, but not dark / strong (I don't speak tasting notes, sorry) enough for me, at least not through an aeropress (10 seconds stirring, 20 seconds wait, 20 second plunge). Got the Brazil Rodomunho coming up after their recommendation, looking forward to try it.

    I know what you mean - the roast was quite 'light' to me (I'm no expert) - with the aeropress, I find I'm leaving it for at least a min, sometimes more and getting better results
