  • My running is slowly improving but this is normally when I pickup injury and loose all my gains.

    Realistically for an amature heavy footed runner what is the maximum milage I can push for day in / day out training?

    I have a 7km run to work that I try 4 days a week.. is this too much?
    Averaged 12.5kph this morning.. but for the distance aiming to get back to 13kph
