    In theory. It never really happen for me when I was into my distance running.

    I grab a energy bar 30mins before a turbo session, and nipple a powershot/sportsbean/energy gel half way through. But I've kinda given up on fueling my body on anything but freshly supplied carbs.

    I need to nipple me a powershot/sportsbean :) I thought this was one of those adult sites for a minute.

    And in ice cream related news I bought a 4 pack of the new cornetto enigma's yesterday, and ate all of them, it was so much win.
