^^powdercoat is much thicker than paint and blurs the sharp lugwork that it took the builder hours upon hours to perfect, I have yet to see it produce a high-quality finish. I have sinned and used powdergloop on my Gios, I repented and it is a bugger to get rid of.....
Gios Compact should be along in a minute with info on your frame (he seems to know stuff), Ahnuts, but presuming it is original chrome (not stripped paint) it is pretty damned rare, painting it would make it less so and lower the value. Not that this matters a fuck if you want to just keep it and ride it!
