Having major axle nut irritation here! Trying to find a set that will fit a 10mm BMX axle
I ordered a set of nuts that professed to be 10mm but when I they arrived the packet was labelled 3/8" !! They didn't fit :(
I checked the thread pitch of these 3/8" nuts using a 24tpi tap, which went through them fine. When I line up the tap and the axle side by side there are more teeth per inch on the axle, suggesting it is 26tpi.
So does anyone have some 10mm x 26tpi axle nuts I could try ?
Loads advertised online as 10mm but nowhere do they specify the thread pitch
