What grammage and grind are you using? I love pourover. nom nom.
This wasn't for me but...
I don't stray too far from 15g/250ml, adjusting from there according to taste and time (between 2:30 and 3:00). Also I'm a stirrer; I don't think you can get an even extraction without stirring the grounds at some point.
Increasingly convinced that the Porlex creates very uneven grounds, full of fines that make all my coffee taste bitter, compared to a shop using a good grinder (albeit with better water). Hence my questioning the MC2.
