    1. Don't slow down

    A lot of people I've seen when they’re learning slow down before the wall so the they’re basically stopped then trying to do the turn (in slow motion) – this doesn’t work. Go full speed in, one big pull with your leading arm then follow that hand with your eyes/head whilst flicking your legs over. Your momentum carries you into the wall feet first, then just push away.
