  • Tumble turns are easy when youve done them for years.
    Learning them needs persistence.
    And a few techniques.
    1 breathe out of your nose as you turn over.... dont and youre gonna get a nose full and then feel the burn
    2 relax, slow to start with
    3 practice practice practice.

    Start with a noodle or woggle and do them in semi shallow water first. From standing.
    The tighter your chin is to chest.. the faster you go.
    Remember to breathe out your nose :)
    Kip the hips and feet in line with the horizon. Just rotating straight around and back to standing to start with.
