Coffee Appreciation

I think the reason that it seems to take longer is that I used to make coffee in a pyrex jug with tea strainer. You could pour the water and leave unattended to get on with something else whereby you need to be in attendance to trickle pour the water with a v60. Not a problem really, just an observation.

What grammage and grind are you using? I love pourover. nom nom.
