Not really. All I could think would be to unclip and stamp on his foot/toes.
If he's coming from the right you'll knock him into a lower gear, from the left; jam on his rear brake. Neither good for him, but runs a high risk of you getting tangled up, on the deck with a motorbike on top of you.
Or give him a squirt from a bidon over the visor? Best done with a sticky energy drink in there.
