Putney Cycles did not have one in one of their branches, member of staff fitted a new sprocket and lockring without using a chain whip properly and tightened the lockring with a screwdriver. It all came undone in less than a minute of riding.
Had to then wheel my bike to another branch of them which did have the appropriate tools and someone competent.
