As I've mentioned before, managers need to be able to coach up the players they inherit, before they start looking to shift the ones they don't like, bring in ones they do. Feel confident that apart from a left back and another younger striker that AVB has plugged the holes and improved the squad from last season. Not sure Mourinho can say the same. And Mata doesn't strike me as the kind of player who is a dressing room cancer, so bewildered by the rumours of mourinho/Chelsea wanting rid..
