Street Velodrome

Don't get this at all. They could basically make the same program at Herne Hill with lower production costs and more value. That of course, wouldn't be very 'urban' though.

Isn't this meant to be taken around the country, rather than just london?

It pretty much sounds like a boring copy of the minidrome, but i'd still give it a go.
