Of all the threads to derail with a budget wheel question, you chose one comparing 2 top end track frames which had resulted in a dissatisfied customer stuck with an unusable frame?
In answer to your question though I would buy the Navigator Pista clinchers, as I think machined brake surfaces are ugly.
