  • Bike fit this weekend just gone.

    Had a great fit, stem is now inverted and I've changed bars to something wider.

    I mentioned the pain on the inside of my knee, I've been told to start stretching my hip flexors (something I never did before now) and spin when on the bike as much as possible, don't mash gears.

    So the next few weeks I'm going to be building it up slowly again, spinning for the win not getting out of the saddle and stretching as much as possible.

    Then come the catch up in 8 weeks time I should hopefully see a difference.


    On a side note - I don't know what this is called but you sit with a pillow under your leg, bring your toes back and raise the leg, when I do that my knee is constantly clicking, could this be an issue?
