I agree that the first impression is good. That was why I have decided to get that frame. People seem to be pleased and happy with them ... well there is one who isnt.
unfortunate position, bad news travels 7 times faster than a good one and this will not help them.
From business perspective if I was them I would take the frame back because it is not worth to deal with someone like me and fight it...
