Hey relax man, I simply pointed out that I can't find anything else negative about them. I made no comment on your experience. This isn't a situation like other manufacturers where there's multiple complaints made. If you want to take an implication from it that's fine, so far we have only your side of the story and no photos yet either.
Any forum debate about them I have found does seem to be about the time trial bike though and someone else must have bought a track bike from them and can give their experience.
