Valuable experience in a competitive environment whilst still being coached by and using the facilities of the PL club. Surely the reserve squads of Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd, Man City would benefit from playing in the Championship, providing they are good enough to get there in the first place. Just look at Spain, Germany and since this year the Netherlands.
