650c wheels bicycle (for 5'3 and under)

11-25 seemed very high for a kids bike.

Althought look like a decent women bike.

Because of its 650 wheels, the gear range is 33-110. Sram WiFli with a compact is 28-119. Looks like a decent setup if you ignore the kids aspect of it. It's an easy change to throw a 12-28 on the back if you need to lower the gearing for kids.
