Yeh, I'm not sure of the solution either, but I see the problem growing.
Refs need to look at the game more objectively. It doesn't matter if a player stays up after a foul, they should be given advantage, which has to end in a turnover or goal against the penalised team.
We shouldn't be discussing height differences here, we have a ruleset that must be enforced regardless of height.
