How long are you going to be prepared to wait?
The majority of what will be available in 2014 will either already have been announced, or will be announced at Eurobike over the next few days.
I reckon you'd be pretty safe buying a 500/510 today and selling it toward the end of 2014 to get whatever BLE device you want.
