• He drove like he'd just bought his license from ebay. There was an incident inc him driving over my bike. Cops turned up. They called an ambulance for him and gave me a lift home.

I need to hear more about this!

  • Had a Keltbray lorry looming up behind me far too fast on Mansell Street this morning as I was looking to move over into the right lane. Then proceeded to pull half into the bus lane and run the red (not amber, was fully red for at least a 4/5 seconds) to turn left onto Aldgate high street. Think the plate was LF09 GDE but not sure enough to send a complaint. Watch out for him though.

  • ^ Just reminded me of an incident outside London Bridge station this morning, at the ped crossing opposite the London Dungeon entrance.

I'm moving slowly in heavy traffic infront of but to the left of a tipper lorry (weak positioning I know) the lights go red and I pull up just shy of the line, tipper lorry carries on, running the lights, which have been red for a few seconds, scattering pedestrians and brushing past me with a few inches of wiggle room. Twat.

Someone must be able to verify the plate.

    Report them to Roadsafe.

Keltbray are killers and need to be dealt with.

  • Someone had mentioned "Fuck Keltbray!" stickers somwhere.

  • Stickerbomb their trucks with "Killbray" stickers...

Bit unfair, but when I hear stickers I think:

Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) figures showed that one woman from Isleworth in west London amassed 42 points last year, the IAM said.

  • All for failing to provide the identity of the driver. Should be in Epic WTF.

  • https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/details_of_number_of_drivers_wit has a fun excel spreadsheet where you can find out how many drivers have how many points in your postcode...

It's in the final reply from the DVLA.

DVLA are really good with FoI requests...

Yeah, tell you what's puzzling, as I understand it if that woman is letting her car to be driven by banned drivers the offence is Aiding and Abetting, which is pretty serious.

So, it's in her interests to just stay schtum. Makes sense dunnit, they can't do her for the more serious offence.

If she fesses up the driver gets an IN10 endorsement plus 6 to 8 points and a fine, she gets endorsement code IN12 and the points and fine too. Or, she tells the old bill to do one and gets three points.

13 times, by the looks of it.

  • oh, and the figures in that link from me are from the 20th of July 2013...

Are these people with over 12 points able to insure their vehicles? I cannot imagine any insurance company would insure them without charging a substantial premium. If they are driving without insurance and lots of points should these people be put into prison?

  • During rush hour on Tooley Street yesterday evening, this imbecile decided to handbrakle turn in the middle of the road so that he could get out and attack a a cyclist:

130 vehicles!! Nuts. Why people don't modify their driving when in fog I really don't know.

  • A lot of people seem to like practising driving with the fog lights on.

  • logged some punk motobike/moped who pulled out into a cycle lane from the pavement (!); and also, for a web-crawler,

  • Minor clip in Brixton, young driver, brand new motor, refuses to stop, calls out "You're fine!"

    Not my clip:

If she's just passed her test leaving the scene would be a ban and re-test, I think, Johnny Law are chasing her.
