Ok thanks - I'll go & have a look at those places.
Don't fancy doing it myself; I'd like the whole wire replaced and the other end of it (not the jack-socket end) goes into quite a tight area with the active circuitry and I don't want to break it as Warwick parts can be pretty tricky to find.
