well then, if it's not something you're inclined to act on, surely there is no problem? and as mm said, it seems pretty natural. you were once married to the ex, after all. I find it more perplexing that the "convention" of hating your exes is accepted as commonplace. should be only in unusual/exceptional circumstances.
