Canon case 'mould'. Doesn't seem to generate dust or spread to anything else
Well, yeah it distributes white-ish little flakes on dark jackets etc.
To be honest, at the moment I just leave that bottom part of the case on the camera,
as the seals are really worn and it isn't perfectly light-tight without.

Xa of some sort on the left, Mju II on the right, no idea about the massive guy!
XA-1 and Mju-II, yes, and a Canon AE-1.
Which is 30+ years old, and apparently has died on me just yesterday.
Took 6-7 pictures no problem, then adjusted the ISO to trick the light meter for another situation,
and the sound of the shutter of a longer exposure (1/15) sounded rather short, and strange, incomplete,
like the mirror went up and not down again (but it did).
Tried everything I could think of, to no avail. No knocks, no water, no nothing, light meter works fine etc -
it just behaves like it is not wound-up (?) - which it isn't - as you can't, due to 'incomplete' shutter procedure, so to say.
Sorry, my english is not awake yet.
