  • fuck. I have ~6 weeks to really lose the last 5kg. Problem is social life gets in the way and I end up eating out and drinking too much. As of today, I'm switching to red wine rather than beer.

    I already run 3x a week, and do a 20mile+ cycle on Sundays but I guess that's not going to be enough and will need to up it. Also plan all my meals for 6 weeks solid to ensure proper nutrition.

    Dunno if I really can do this
