why not brixton/kinoko/fitzrovia? I think those shops have more hydraulic experience than pure roadie shops. Kinoko mainly because marc, jamie and bobby are into mad MTB-ing. Last week fitzrovia built my MTB. I had bought a broken/not working rear hydro brake caliper which they fixed and built the bike in half day, would defo recommend.
