If the cranks need a 103mm JIS, using the 102mm campag will move each crank inboard by about 1.5mm; it might work, but the clearance from crank boss to cup can close right up, it's not usually a huge gap to start with on those short axles. You can also have chainstay clearance problems when you start moving the cranks, spider and chainring inboard.
