Ah, yeah, I didn't realise it was internal routing.
Might be doable if you can leave the hose too long and plug it sufficiently to feed, then hold vertically-ish so open end is at top, tap along length of hose from bottom to top to encourage any air bubbles back to the open end, trim to length hopefully cutting off any air bubbles that have been introduced. Would get you up and running & if it feels like a horrible spongy mess, you can at least ride to the lbs - or just hand it all to them in the first place :D
