True, I guess I'm just annoyed at how pointless it all feels.
Whenever I've reported anything as an offence (for example a woman drove her mercedes into my rear wheel whilst we were both doing ~20mph the other day), the Police always ask "was there an injury?", and as soon as you say "no" they totally lose interest.
It's maddening- you offer the chance to modify a poor drivers behaviour BEFORE they seriously hurt someone and the Police don't give a flying fuck.
huh - assuming your rear wheel was damaged (?),
take registration number, insurance details, name, address and inform her that this will be passed onto solicitors etc..., surely take cash-in-hand if offered (!), else, pursue in the courts via the LCC Solicitors no????
RoadSafe seems to be for logging driver misbehaviour, for the police to have visibility of a driver's real-world record (!), from my experience, i'd have thought that if a driver/car has a certain amount of negg's that they might get in touch with that person and give them the creepers! (given that they 'ran checks' on a vehicle after just one logging of anti-social driving!)
