Yeah, took quite a while to get it fitted on my dad's audax bike.
End up ditchling the 25mm tyres due to the tight brake clearance and does not stick out on the side like the 25mm, and then swapped for an SKS after a couple of month.
Look awesome thought.

Some are made for 23c only, some for 23-25c, maybe that's the problem. I was using 23c and the clearance was perfect.
They looked awesome on Skully's bike, colour matching the frame, which is when I first saw them in the flesh a few years back.
