I've recently replaced my old iMac (20-inch iMac (Early 2006), 2.0 GHz Intel Core Duo) due to a fault with the screen. It was a bit of an impulse buy as we needed a computer and didn't have time to wait around for repairs and stuff. The screen fault was fairly mild , in that it was as though the gamma was turned right down and any motion resulted in ghosting/trails.
So now I have this old iMac just sitting in a box, working fine bar the screen, and am not sure what to do with it. Repair and then sell? Or is there somewhere that will take it in it's current state?
