Not if you buy second hand. Seriously, best thing ever. Processor/Ram is 2002 boasting. SSD's make a machine so much faster, before this one went in the laptop was literally unusable... (I think thew hard drive was slowly failing, but still...)
8GB ram + SSD and you are flying.
