For my money, this year you've already done a good 12 and a brilliant 24 and I believe it's only too easy to overdo things.
We've all of us only got the capacity for a certain amount of racing, and trying to squash too much into a single season may well damage enthusiasm for future years. Enthusiasm can be seen as a rider's greatest asset, and so needs to be treated with care.
I hope you hit a good day for your 50, and then you can retire to the pub for a month or two.
