  • The guys over at Pact coffee have given us a discount code.

    https://www.pactcoffee.com/

The deal is: The first 250g bag of Pact Coffee is £1 (including free P&P), and there is no commitment to any further bags.

They hope that you'll stay with them and then every 2 weeks they'll send another 250g bag at the standard price of £6.95.

You can pause it any time (if you suddenly stop drinking coffee or go on holiday), and it's a rolling short-notice commitment so you can cancel any time (basically they bill you and send the coffee every 2 weeks, and you can cancel whenever you want).

This differs from things like hasbean in that there is no minimum number of deliveries (hasbean requires you to commit to 12 packs over 12 weeks).

This basically means you get to experiment with home delivered fresh coffee for a single quid.

    The voucher code is: lfgss

    Easy to remember huh?

Oh, and we use them in our office... the coffee is good.

  • That's awesome! Thanks David :)

  • So, did you make a pact with them in order to get this?

  • Good deal. I've signed up. Cheers

If you get referral discounts you could be in for a lot of cheap coffee for a long time...

  • Is this delivered by bicycle?

  • Done. Nice looking company too and cant argue for a single pound.

  • Is this delivered by bicycle to Manchester?

  • So, did you make a pact with them in order to get this?

    Nerg'd

  • Awesome, thanks Velocio and Pact.

  • Done,

  • done. thanks!

  • Awesome, thanks David!

  • A big hello to the LFGSS community! I'm Stephen, the founder of Pact, and just wanted to introduce myself in case you have any questions, feedback or if I can be of help.

If you have any questions at all about Pact, our coffee or what bikes we ride you can get me on stephen@pactcoffee.com or Pete, our community manager, on pete@pactcoffee.com. Alternatively if you're feeling old-skool you can give us a call on 0207 231 2047.

Finally, we have an open door policy, should you be passing through Bermondsey and fancy a coffee!

  • ^ Bermondsey you say?! Well, I'll be dropping in tomorrow in that case!

  • ^^ Are you guys the source of the roasted coffee smell that hits me every now and again round there? Mystery solved!

  • Great stuff! We're in J202 at The Biscuit Factory, right by the Arch climbing wall if you know it? Give us a tinkle in the morning and we'll roll out the red carpet/brief the juggling monkeys/prep the doves.

  • Done, excited! Thanks.

Edit: website feedback for Stephen: the logout button on the "Account" page of your website is totally not obvious. Is there one?

    Just opposite CTUK HQ!

  • Just opposite CTUK HQ!

    Same floor!

Was speaking to skydancer today and mentioning just this.

  • Stephen

I will be working at CTUK next week, will try to pop by on Wednesday

  • Ha - we are indeed! I was chatting to one of the ladies at CT in the list last week (she thanked us for making the floor smell so good!) What a small (awesome) world.

James: it would be great to meet you on Weds - just let me know what time suits you
ffm: Good point, well made. I don't think there is one! Just head to www.pactcoffee.com/logout. Our of interest, why do you want to log out?

  • Been using Pact (formerly Yourgrind) as a household for a couple of months now. I shared some discount codes in the coffee thread a couple of times

Although I preferred the previous branding, the service and coffee has always been spot on!

The Big Brazillian is currently doing me proud.

A no shop but a pop in and have a coffee with us policy.....I like this.

Partly force of habit, but mainly so that someone else couldn't navigate back to a page containing personal information if they happened to get their hands on my computer.

    Thanks for the link.

  • done. thanks!
