This is absolutely ridicules. Why don't we CRB check everyone weekly, introduce mandatory biometric identity cards and CCTV monitor everyone's homes while we're at it? Universal phone tapping and monitoring all internet activity is already in
placeprogress, as is governmental control with web content and accessibility. Censorship and monitoring private individuals as standard is clearly in the public interest, and surely you wouldn't mind being watched, unless of course you've got something to hide...
