In the process of lowering my front end.
In my usual cleverness I dropped the bars 14mm down, and moved them 12mm out. Just before heading out on a 240km weekend.
Felt great though. I moved my saddle up a couple mm, and forward a couple mm. Trying to tilt my fit triangle more than simple streatch out.
I now have a 8mm bearing cap to replace my massive 16mm FSA one. Not sure about going full slam yet.
