Very probably... In my case 0.3 ‰ at the time of the accident, which by the way is perfectly legal. Regardless I seriously doubt that "riding under the influence of alcohol" caused the accident.

Yeah, it's shit. I accidentally bought some on Fox's Foulness ride a couple of weeks ago because I needed something sugary due to hangover.

I never drink fizzy drinks, so I didn't realise until after I'd forced it down that it doesn't actually have any sugar in it, only vile filth.

Pepsi Max is so much better than Diet Coke which tastes like acid/chemicals! The BEST though is SodaStream. They tend to use Stevia and sweeteners other than Aspartame in their sugar free drinks. Their pink grapefruit and orange drinks are my favourites though.
