Kind of.
Recable #1 was due to poor initial braking power.
Recable #2 was due to replacement of all cables, housings, yokes and pads.
Recable #3 was due to requiring a fork-mounted hanger at the front and also deciding to install a Surly barrel-adjuster hanger at the back.
Recable #4 was due to both needing to switch the brakes over (wife is accustomed to left-hand = rear brake) and needing to install the cross-top levers.
Part of me wishes I'd bought her some nice TRP Mini-Vs as an early birthday present...
