I'd like to dissent slightly - still worth reporting because he deliberately and knowingly swerves towards you, which is dangerous, an assault, and taxi drivers Should Know Better. police won't do anything but as ever it may go down on record for further run-ins.

So yeah, your cycling was hardly faultless - you joined his lane and undertook in a tiny gap - had you slotted in behind he'd probably not see you as a "threat". But ultimately he's the one in the position of potential murder who deliberately tried to hit or harm you.
