Please report dangerous drivers to the police - Roadsafe. Report to plod, not just whinge here.

Based on my experiences and the response of officers in this dreadful clip what is stopping me from not bothering to call the police and just issue D-lock justice? These people clearly cannot be reasoned with and fly at the victim with 100% aggression and blame.

I was having a bit of mime-based convo with a driver this morning. He seemed a little dismissive so I calmly retrieved my d-lock from my belt and held in my hand while looking straight at him. He seemed to quieten down, and subsequently gave me about 8 foot when passing through the junction...
