Matching Roberts Track and Road bikes

why not just match the colour to the existing track frame, saving a bit of character and £ at the same time?

I'd like matching decal schemes, but I'd also like two bidons without the seat tube bosses getting in the way of the decal

Could you not have two downtube Roberts decals on either side, so having a bottle cage won't be a problem then? I thought that was how it was traditionally done

I could.... but it would still be a respray, so it wouldn't help save me any character or £.
In terms of respray options, I just preferred the paired-down look of a seat tube crest over the written logo.
