Cyclist rammed from behind then threatened and abused, partly the cyclist's fault, say the cops:

That's what we're up against, lazy, ignorant cops who aren't fit for the job.

Based on my experiences and the response of officers in this dreadful clip what is stopping me from not bothering to call the police and just issue D-lock justice? These people clearly cannot be reasoned with and fly at the victim with 100% aggression and blame.
