Went to the physio at Kings College this morning (which was quite a challenge due to the flooding at Herne Hill). I have prepatellar and infrapatellar bursitis in my right knee. My hamstrings and calves are far too tight, I basically should be on a rack. Been instructed to stretch like I've never stretch before loads and go back at the end of the month. My left knee has been hurting whilst cycling which I think is connected to the lowering of my seat. This, coupled with the fact I have a leg length discrepancy, means I should have a bike fit according to evil physio.
