Yes, very enjoyable, and quite mellow out there tonight. Thanks to Des for shepherding his guest (sort of) to Tring or back to Hemel. I’m out of practice leading these things, and in the past I would’ve put my foot down at the station, before a ticket was even purchased. We’re going to have to go back to some of the old ways regarding permission to ride a TNRC. It’ll be better for everyone. To summarise:

• no list (or even vague on-thread announcement of possible attendance), no ride
  
• no ‘see with’ light, no ride
  
• no knowledge of thread, general ‘intermediate levelness’ of TNRCs, etc., no ride
  
  

That kind of thing. Anyway, hope everyone lives and learns from it. I know I have.
