It's the Satuday of the Dunwich Dynamo 'heatmapped' by Strava. For some reason the slider starts at 12am Sunday morning but as you move it across you'll see Saturday daytime then the Saturday evening of the Dynamo.
The Dynamo looks like a streak of lightning crossing East Anglia!
It's particularly interesting because it confirms what I've always suspected: Surrey seems to be full of Strava-ing cyclists whereas Essex looks positively underutilised by comparison. There is far far more 'white heat' south of the river, particularly south west of London...
