In the market for some new shoes, anyone got any recommendations for some MTB shoes with a rachet and preferably a Fluro colour way? I wear a tonne of black so I quite fancy some contrast whilst on the bike.
Carbon MTB stiff soles for a less than £100 which is nice. I tried them out and I should've bought them. Ended up getting Shimano's which are decent. No major complaints. A few niggling things like ratcheting system is not as tough as I would've liked and the position of the cleat is not as far forward as I would've liked. But hey that's what road shoes are for.
Next purchase are a pair of some road shoes with keo pedals. They give a much greater power transfer but as we all know walking in road shoes is impossible but riding is more efficient and I prefer it when I put the foot down.
I'd recommend http://www.wiggle.co.uk/dhb-m20c-carbon-mountain-bike-cycling-shoe/
