Amersham back to London is my territory. Ride to rickmansworth then follow Sustains route 6(?) to bushey. The route is pretty wide and empty enough to be fun. Then go through bushey, up high rd and sparrows herne, down stanmore hill then into Harrow. Getting to town is easy from there, either ride straight down the A5, or follow a more scenic route.
